Hey, I'm Erika!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (she/her)

I am so excited you decided to visit my page. I treat families and individuals. I’m also a Qualified Supervisor for clinical interns. My focus is to help you find peace with mind, body and spirit and be a guide to process feelings, thoughts and behaviors. Together in a safe space we explore what is happening in your present life and help you find clarity. I encourage a creative process and believe healing is not linear but unique for each person. It is a birthright to be seen, heard and valued.

I work individually with adults who struggle with unresolved trauma, addiction, body issues, grief and loss, traumatic stress, family issues, life transitions, dating and relationship issues, and all relationship lifestyles. I am a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and support transgender and gender questioning clients. Informed consent includes sharing the values I have to ensure you feel secure in this process.

I have been licensed since 2019 and I have worked in the field of counseling and trauma since 2016 and a social worker in the field since 2012. I am passionate about this work and find great healing in my own holistic practices. Therapy can be a deep and powerful experience with professional guidance.

My therapeutic style is based on respect, safety, connection, empathy, and curiosity each have a collection of stories that make us different. I want to help you work through tough feelings and fears. We will take time together to discover what you are experiencing and find that inner wisdom to trust in yourself. Through this work you can navigate your life in a new way and thrive instead of survive. I look forward to the work we can do together!

ABout me

I am a native Floridian from South Florida and I moved to North Florida in 2007. I enjoy gardening, reading, traveling, yoga, minimalism, documentaries, cooking, physical movement, outdoor activities, thrifting, spending time with family, do-it-yourself projects and painting. I am honored to always be on my own path of self-discovery.

I received a Bachelor of Arts of Criminal Justice and a Minor in Studio Art from the University of North Florida and a Masters in Social Work from Florida State University.

Moon and Palm started as a vision to reach others in a new way. The two images you will see includes the palm: a palm of a hand, or a palm tree. My belief is that healing can come through many forms, the power we hold in our own hands and the power of nature that resembles balance, wisdom, peace and eternal life. The palm along with the moon are in a relationship to represent enlightenment and regeneration.

I believe my calling is to be a healer to others. I come from a family of medical practitioners. This type of work takes courage, time, making adjustments, and vulnerability.

Emotional wounds can further be treated with practices of creative expression, exploring values, nutrition, meditation/yoga, seeking new perspectives, nature, and music.

This is Birdie!

If you do Telehealth sessions with ME, she tends to make an appearance.

I also assist with writing letters for emotional support animals. This gives people a “PEACE” of mind while traveling or living in rental spaces.

Animals are a great way for us to feel safe, loved and supported in all of stages of change.

see services page FOR MORE INFO ON ESA Letters.

how we can work together

We can focus on ways to bring ease, empowerment and harmony back into your life. Together we can recover and uncover aspects of your life that may have been hidden.

I would like to help you find things that inspire you to regenerate mind, body and spirit.

I believe it is important to have a connection with your therapist, this includes healthy expectations. It’s important that we honor time boundaries with each other and remain open-minded to all of what may present in session. Remember this work is about you and I’m here to help you in a safe and meaningful way.

Take some time to reflect on how therapy can benefit you and if we might be a good fit.
